What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please take photos of the item and email them to us at support@molatex.com. We will investigate and arrange for the correct item or a replacement.

What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT are processed the same day.

Is the return shipping free?

No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?
