Return and Refund Policy

Return Overview:

  • Eligibility Period: Return requests are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking charges are applied to approved returns.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued within 7 days after returned items are received and reviewed.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Requests
To request a return, please email support@molatex.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Returned items must be sent back in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Requests submitted outside the approved time frame may not be accepted.

All returns must be authorized before shipment. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be refused. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions outlining where and how to send your item. Please ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs for returns are not covered.

Refund Handling
After the returned item arrives and is inspected, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing is generally completed within 7 days. While no restocking fees apply, the time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, contact support@molatex.com with the relevant details. Our team will provide instructions and assist you through the exchange process.

Order Cancellation Requests
To cancel an order, please reach out to support@molatex.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives with damage or includes an incorrect item, email support@molatex.com and attach clear photos of the item and its packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement or correction at no additional charge.
